Use of the tools
ImgShrink provides free tools for ordinary browser-based image compression, conversion, resizing, metadata inspection, EXIF removal, color picking, DPI and print-size tasks, plus Upload Requirements tools that temporarily process images on the server and public URL image checkers that read public web resources. You are responsible for the files you choose, URLs you enter, settings you enter and results you download.
Do not use the site to process images or check URLs you do not have the right to use, or for unlawful, harmful or abusive purposes.
No professional guarantee
The tools are provided as-is. Output quality, file size, metadata detection and format support depend on your browser, source image and selected settings.
Target-size compression pages aim to get close to a size target but cannot guarantee an exact final size for every image. Upload Requirements tools fix hard file rules such as format, pixel dimensions, aspect ratio, file size and metadata; they do not guarantee official approval or judge background, expression, head position, shadows, glasses or recency.
A cleaned or generated copy may be re-encoded and can affect quality, transparency, animation or color profiles.
Service changes
ImgShrink may add, remove or change tools, content, routes and technical features over time.
If ads or similar features appear, the browser-based image tools can still work without uploading selected images for processing.
